Recently, we have launched our Lego Block walls design – A Gravity, Reinforced Concrete, Inclined and Earth Retaining Walls.
These blocks are assembled to build structures instantaneously without the need for expensive joining techniques or intensive labour hours. Thus, resulting in a reduction in construction times by up to 50%.
Lego Blocks offer a cost-effective solution for constructing temporary structures and material bays. They serve as an alternative to steel soil reinforcement or traditional reinforced concrete retaining walls. Precast at our Dandenong South site, Lego Blocks ensure quick availability and expedited construction.

As a general rule you can build economical gravity retaining walls from 600mm high to 4m high*.
Reinforcement isn’t necessary for the foundation, but adding a kicker at the front edge can prevent wall slippage. In unstable soils, a deeper and wider foundation offers extra stability.
For better drainage and to alleviate hydrostatic pressure, it’s advised to place drainage material behind the wall and incorporate drainage holes at the base.
